Marketing Coordinator (Temporary)

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Department in the execution of marketing activities, event preparations, supplier discussion, advertising screen & partnership, client communication, reporting, and marketing material preparation. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, reporting, and design skills.This is a maternity cover role with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position, depending on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate with external parties, including suppliers, vendors, event organizers, and business partners.
  • Contact prospective clients and leads regarding advertising opportunities on company advertising screens.
  • Conduct telephone follow-ups and maintain regular communication with clients and prospects.
  • Prepare quotations, reports, presentations, and marketing-related documentation.
  • Monitor ongoing projects and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain marketing records, filing systems, and departmental documentation.
  • Support internal coordination between departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Create marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Design digital and print marketing materials using graphic design software.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the Marketing Department.
  • Manage marketing inventory and stock levels
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the Marketing Director – Aviation in line with business requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a Marketing role is preferred.
  • Experience negotiating with external vendors, suppliers, and business partners is an advantage.
  • Experience in graphic design and preparing marketing materials is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with external stakeholders, suppliers, vendors, and business partners.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and prospects via telephone and email.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to prepare reports, quotations, presentations, and follow up on pending actions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and willing to work additional hours when required to support business needs.
